Sharon’s practice primarily focuses on construction and personal injury litigation, with an emphasis in defending home builders, contractors, and apartment and hospitality property owners in a wide range of matters, including construction defect litigation and bodily injury claims arising from premises liability, catastrophic injury, negligent security, wrongful death, construction related accidents, worker compensation claims and products liability. She also has extensive experience defending against vehicular injury claims arising from trucking and automobile accidents. Sharon manages the Firm’s Las Vegas office, in which she oversees the attorneys and paralegals in all Nevada litigation matters. She defended contractors in the two largest class actions in Nevada’s history, the In re Kitec and In re Wirsbo litigations, the latter in which she successfully argued against consolidation before the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation. Sharon also has appellate experience arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Nevada Supreme Court.
