Greg’s practice focuses on construction, real estate, and insurance litigation.  He represents owners, real estate developers, home builders, contractors, and brokers in a broad range of disputes, including construction defect, premises liability, professional liability, and class action lawsuits.  He is well versed in the nuances of California’s construction defect laws, including the Right to Repair Act, and has resolved numerous claims through the statutory pre-litigation procedure.  In addition, Greg advises clients on a variety of risk management issues, including contract formation, insurance coverage, claims management, and dispute resolution.  His tremendous intellect and attention to detail ensure that the Firm’s clients are better prepared for trial than their opponents.  Greg has successfully argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeal, which led to a published opinion regarding complex issues of Illinois insurance law.  He has litigated numerous cases through trial and arbitration, obtaining exceptional results for his clients.
