Robert Green

Robert founded Green & Hall in 1995 and served as the Managing Partner for 20 years. Under his leadership, Green & Hall became one of the most preeminent real estate litigation law firms in California.  Robert retired from the practice of law on October 31, 2016, but soon became bored on the sidelines, and joined many of his former Green & Hall colleagues at Plante Lebovic LLP.

Before founding Green & Hall, Robert clerked for the Hawaii Supreme Court and was a trial attorney in the Newport Beach office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and the Irvine office of Pettis, Tester, Kruse & Krinsky.  Throughout his distinguished legal career Robert has handled thousands of litigated matters, including a broad array of real estate disputes, business litigation matters, medical malpractice claims, and personal injury cases.  Robert has successfully tried and arbitrated dozens of cases and consistently delivers results that exceed his client’s expectations.  He is also the author of several published articles and was the recipient of the 1996 Outstanding Law Review Article of the Year by the Texas State Bar Association.  In addition to Robert’s superior litigation skills, his ability to lead and mentor others both in and out of the courtroom is unparalleled.
