Christopher M. Sommers

Christopher’s practice focuses on construction defect, real estate litigation, and personal injury matters. Prior to joining Plante Lebovic LLP, Christopher represented corporate clients and individuals in matters arising from premises liability, catastrophic injury, negligent security, wrongful death, and trucking and automobile accidents. While attending the University of Alabama School of Law, he refined his legal writing and research by clerking for United States District Court Judge L. Scott Coogler and assisting local attorneys in the representation of clients involved in real property disputes.

Christian Dimeo

By

Prior to joining Plante Lebovic LLP, Christian worked extensively on complex toxic tort matters. He was awarded multiple honors and a scientific research grant for his academic performance at Saint Vincent College. While attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Christian was an Associate Editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce and received a public interest scholarship to perform work for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office in California, where he assisted various criminal prosecution units.

Sharon A. Bauman

By

Sharon’s practice primarily focuses on construction and personal injury litigation, with an emphasis in defending home builders, contractors, and apartment and hospitality property owners in a wide range of matters, including construction defect litigation and bodily injury claims arising from premises liability, catastrophic injury, negligent security, wrongful death, construction related accidents, worker compensation claims and products liability. She also has extensive experience defending against vehicular injury claims arising from trucking and automobile accidents. Sharon manages the Firm’s Las Vegas office, in which she oversees the attorneys and paralegals in all Nevada litigation matters. She defended contractors in the two largest class actions in Nevada’s history, the In re Kitec and In re Wirsbo litigations, the latter in which she successfully argued against consolidation before the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation. Sharon also has appellate experience arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Nevada Supreme Court.

Preston L. Brock

By

Preston’s practice focuses on construction defect and real estate litigation. Prior to joining Plante Lebovic LLP, Preston was an Honors Law Clerk with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office where he assisted with cases in various departments, including Violent Felonies, the Gang Unit, and General Misdemeanors. During his time at Santa Clara University School of Law, Preston spearheaded an initiative that made tuition more affordable for Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Preston is proud to have served his country as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps from 2014-2018.

Nichole M. Wong

Nichole’s practice focuses on real estate, construction defect, finance, and personal injury matters.  Her background also includes automobile and dealership claims, as well as representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Nichole has handled a variety of cases through trial and the appellate process in State and Bankruptcy Courts.

Mason A. Sayer

By

Mason’s practice focuses on construction defect and real estate litigation. Prior to joining Plante Lebovic LLP, Mason was a legal extern with the Orange County Counsel where he assisted various departments, including the Orange County Board of Supervisors, on issues pertaining to contracts, land use, and environmental concerns. Mason also worked for the University of California, Irvine Environmental Law Clinic, where he gained extensive experience with the complex land development process under the National Environmental Policy Act and the California Environmental Quality Act. In addition, he assisted with appellate work on behalf of the Environmental Law Clinic.

Gregory M. Golino

By

Greg’s practice focuses on construction, real estate, and insurance litigation.  He represents owners, real estate developers, home builders, contractors, and brokers in a broad range of disputes, including construction defect, premises liability, professional liability, and class action lawsuits.  He is well versed in the nuances of California’s construction defect laws, including the Right to Repair Act, and has resolved numerous claims through the statutory pre-litigation procedure.  In addition, Greg advises clients on a variety of risk management issues, including contract formation, insurance coverage, claims management, and dispute resolution.  His tremendous intellect and attention to detail ensure that the Firm’s clients are better prepared for trial than their opponents.  Greg has successfully argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeal, which led to a published opinion regarding complex issues of Illinois insurance law.  He has litigated numerous cases through trial and arbitration, obtaining exceptional results for his clients.
