Preston L. Brock

Preston’s practice focuses on construction defect and real estate litigation. Prior to joining Plante Lebovic LLP, Preston was an Honors Law Clerk with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office where he assisted with cases in various departments, including Violent Felonies, the Gang Unit, and General Misdemeanors. During his time at Santa Clara University School of Law, Preston spearheaded an initiative that made tuition more affordable for Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Preston is proud to have served his country as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps from 2014-2018.

Roman Nikhman

Roman’s practice focuses on complex business and construction litigation.  He represents real estate developers and home builders. Roman also has extensive experience in antitrust law and intellectual property prosecution, including being lead trial counsel in a Federal District Court case in the Southern District of Florida.  Prior to practicing law, Roman worked in the high-paced hedge fund information technology sector, as well as owning and operating successful startups in New York City. Roman brings his business acumen and hands-on experience to his clients with a practical results-oriented approach to litigation.

Nichole M. Wong

Nichole’s practice focuses on real estate, construction defect, finance, and personal injury matters.  Her background also includes automobile and dealership claims, as well as representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Nichole has handled a variety of cases through trial and the appellate process in State and Bankruptcy Courts.

Mason A. Sayer

Mason’s practice focuses on construction defect and real estate litigation. Prior to joining Plante Lebovic LLP, Mason was a legal extern with the Orange County Counsel where he assisted various departments, including the Orange County Board of Supervisors, on issues pertaining to contracts, land use, and environmental concerns. Mason also worked for the University of California, Irvine Environmental Law Clinic, where he gained extensive experience with the complex land development process under the National Environmental Policy Act and the California Environmental Quality Act. In addition, he assisted with appellate work on behalf of the Environmental Law Clinic.

Gregory M. Golino

Greg’s practice focuses on construction, real estate, and insurance litigation.  He represents owners, real estate developers, home builders, contractors, and brokers in a broad range of disputes, including construction defect, premises liability, professional liability, and class action lawsuits.  He is well versed in the nuances of California’s construction defect laws, including the Right to Repair Act, and has resolved numerous claims through the statutory pre-litigation procedure.  In addition, Greg advises clients on a variety of risk management issues, including contract formation, insurance coverage, claims management, and dispute resolution.  His tremendous intellect and attention to detail ensure that the Firm’s clients are better prepared for trial than their opponents.  Greg has successfully argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeal, which led to a published opinion regarding complex issues of Illinois insurance law.  He has litigated numerous cases through trial and arbitration, obtaining exceptional results for his clients.
