Tucker represents real estate developers, home builders, lenders, and other businesses in matters before state and federal courts. He also has transactional experience serving national and regional lenders in connection with commercial, multifamily, and investor-owned residential real estate loan transactions.
During law school, Tucker was the recipient of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys’ President’s Award for co-authoring an amicus curiae brief in support of the appellees in Reckis v. Johnson & Johnson and McNeil-PPC, Inc., concerning matters of law on direct appellate review before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He also was a summer associate at Credit Suisse and completed internships with Justice William Robinson III of the Supreme Court of Rhode Island and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Consumer Protection Division.
Tucker lives in Orange County and is a Fellow of the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, a Sustaining Member of the Sherman Library & Gardens in Corona del Mar, and a Member of the Orange County Bar Association.
