
Suzanne’s practice primarily consists of construction and real estate litigation, with an emphasis in defending real estate developers, home builders, and contractors in a wide range of matters. She is responsible for managing the Firm’s construction defect practice, and oversees the attorneys and paralegals in all litigation matters. Suzanne has significant experience handling a wide variety of real estate and business litigation, including contract disputes and title claims. She also has appellate experience arguing before the California Court of Appeal.
